Hi, I’m Tara. I’m a Registered Nurse and Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through vulnerable seasons. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Ottawa, with advanced training in trauma, perinatal mental health, and emotional regulation.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting stress, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), compassionate nervous system care, and a deep respect for your lived experience.

I also support families facing infant feeding and allergy challenges, including FPIES and FPIAP. With both clinical knowledge and lived experience, I offer practical, empathetic guidance for parents navigating early feeding struggles and health advocacy.

Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario and Nova Scotia, and in person in Cornwall. You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute discovery call if you’d like to learn more.
